'No upsides': Daylight saving time is 'not helpful' experts sayĪdd to that the reduction in quality of life that effects those of us who are morning people (I am a morning person, so yes, I hate the dark mornings) and who have been deprived of early morning light most of the year since DST was enacted in Indiana. She said she didn’t realize the vehicle stopped on was a school bus because it was dark. Three children died and one was seriously injured.
